Absolutely! The more the merrier! Group bookings can either benefit from a group discount or an attractive Wild & Free incentive. We try our best to keep our groups together in one hotel, but in the case our Wild & Free Accommodation venue reaches its capacity, we will place the balance of the group in our nearby sister hotel.

Zanzibar is super safe and a well respected tourist destination in East Africa. Our founder as a single woman would often go out alone, walk through the village alone as well as along the beach, but of course we urge our guests to always be vigilant. Tourists can occasionally fall victim to petty theft such as stolen phones or purses. These are devastating when your vacation photos and contacts are taken away from you, so we encourage you to drink responsibly, keep your phone on you at all times and don't leave these valuables unattended.

Paje village is located along the South East Coast of Zanzibar, approximately 1 hour drive from the airport. The hotel is centrally located amidst many incredible bars, clubs, restaurants and local shops.

The Mnemba Island Snorkeling excursion takes place on the Mnemba Atoll which is on the North-East coast, this is a beautifully scenic 1-hour drive away which gives you an opportunity to see other villages and a different marine setting to that of Paje. Should you wish to explore more of the island, we are able to add excursions which can take you into Stone Town, further south of the island, or to one of the other small islands off the coast of Zanzibar. Let us know where you would like to go and we can make arrangements for you.

We recommend budgeting at least $50 per person per day for additional transportation, party entrance fees, food and drinks.

We cater for 1 person and large groups, you name your number, and we will make it happen. Wild & Free is a party experience, the more, the merrier!
